Booty blaster program is created for woman who want to lift, tone or build their glutes. This program is a 4-day split with an emphasis on glute building. This program has a duration of 12 weeks; however, I recommend performing these exercises for at least a year and no less than 6 months. Once completed, incorporate these exercises into other workout programs for well-rounded glutes. (Pun intended)
