This program is for anyone who loves their weekends I understand. However, this means that you should give no less than 1000% to the weekdays so that your weekends can be free. This program consists of a 5-day split. This program will go as followed: 2 days on, cardio, 2 days on and is created for someone with a gym membership. This is a 12-week program; however, I recommend performing this for at least a year but no less than 6 months.
