12 Week program consisting of strength and endurance training was created for anyone who wants to burn fat and build muscle. This program is recommended for someone whom does not have any time restrictions (More than 30 minutes, Less than 1.5 hours). Although this program is 12 weeks, I recommend continuing for at least 6 months. Remember, If a workout seems to become too easy, add more weight or resistance to keep from plateauing.
