About the Trainer

Growing up, Founder and Lead Trainer, Ian Riley was always known as "the chubby one"  with asthma. He hated going to gym class knowing that the teacher was going to make him run. He hated doing team sports because well, being picked last sucked and possibly having an asthma attack sucked even worse. Something had to give!
 
As Ian grew older, he realized that weight and asthma were tied together! The belief of"changing the things that you can control" came about. Instead of using your asthma as an excuse as to why you cant exercise, why not change your mindset and say... "with a few small changes, I can lose this weight and my asthma will be under my control?"
 
Well, Ian found a new love for fitness, changed his lifestyle and was able to become the fittest he's ever been in his life. Oh, his asthma is also under control!

Most beneficial before a workout but after a warm up, stretching has many benefits which includes: flexibility, posture, injury prevention. It also aids in nutrient circulation throughout the body.

My experiences in fitness training include a focus on Muscle Building. The unique program I’ve developed will help burn calories, boost the metabolism, and improve your overall health. A combination of strategic exercises as well as a healthy diet will have you in tip top shape.
